Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Groom N Zoom. By booking our mobile grooming services, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Mobile Grooming Services
Groom N Zoom provides mobile dog grooming in Liverpool and surrounding suburbs. Services are performed by qualified groomers in a fully equipped mobile salon designed for a safe, comfortable experience.
2. Appointment Requirements
Please ensure your dog is available and ready at the scheduled time and that we can safely access your location. If we cannot proceed due to access, pet availability, or safety concerns, a call-out/cancellation fee may apply.
3. Health & Behaviour
Let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, skin issues, injuries, or behavioural concerns (including anxiety or aggression) before the appointment. We may refuse or pause a groom if we believe it is unsafe or not in your dog’s best interests.
4. Matting & Coat Condition
Your dog’s welfare comes first. In cases of severe matting, a shave-down or alternative approach may be required. While we take great care, dematting/shave-downs can occasionally lead to minor irritation, uneven regrowth, or discovery of underlying skin issues.
5. Safety & Liability
We handle every pet with professional care and attention. However, Groom N Zoom is not responsible for any injury, stress, adverse reaction, or deterioration relating to pre-existing conditions, coat/skin condition, age, temperament, or factors beyond our control during or after grooming, provided reasonable care and industry standards have been applied.
You acknowledge grooming carries inherent risks (e.g., small nicks, clipper irritation, stress responses) and consent to us using professional judgment to act in your pet’s best interests.
6. Flea/Tick, Medicated & Special Treatments
Flea/tick and medicated baths are administered as requested/required. While products are selected with care, we are not liable for reactions unless caused by our negligence. Always disclose known sensitivities.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, or inability to proceed on arrival may incur a fee.
8. Payment
Payment is due on completion. We accept cash and bank transfers
9. Photos & Media
With your consent, we may take before/after photos for our website or social media. Tell us if you’d prefer not to participate.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will appear on our website and applies to future bookings.
